A standout feature is the industry’s first live “reputation management” tool. Senior leaders can monitor online reviews and feedback in real time. Importantly, they can respond directly, helping them protect and improve their brand presence across digital channels.
A key industry-first feature of the dashboard is a fully customisable AB testing and campaign management platform to enhance the online booking engine of RapidStor, allowing operators to integrate their booking system with their marketing campaigns and also thoroughly test optimisations to their booking journey to improve conversion.
